Main Menu Freezing

Whenver I start up the game the main menu will function fine for a few seconds then it freezes.
but the game isn't crashed because I will click reapetedly and the crash window wont come up and it dosent say (not respong) in the top of the window.

Happens to me sometimes on steam. Restarting your comp can fix it.

That is not what I meant. In task manager you will see "Disk: ##%", if that exceeds 99-100% it is the cause of the lag, which also means there are programs/services in the background using the disk. Best to open task manager and then run Blockland to see if Disk usage % is high.

Oh, I just realized this is Windows 7. Look at the performance tab in task manager and find "Disk I/O"

in this case, disk read and write speeds
