Most businesses see their employees as an extension of their image, meaning that when someone like Sam Hyde comes along and outs themselves as a potential tribal, it's much easier for them to just cut him out of the company. You're free to petition Adult Swim/Cartoon Network to reinstate him, but they're not gonna do it.
