try hosting it normally with all the correct settings, shut down your server, then launch the dedicated server

not sure if this procedure changed with gamemodes, but that's how it used to be done

Add the -gamemode YOUR_GAMEMODE argument. For a game mode with a zip file called "Gamemode_Trench_CTF.zip", for example, it would be -gamemode Trench_CTF.
