definitely not trying to make a case for loli here, tho the thing i'd worry about is the legal precedent of applying the same standards from real life to art; i.e. entirely fictitious depictions of events with non-real actors are just as illegal as depictions or real actions with real individuals. i'm don't think it's entirely necessary to describe why that might be a sketchy precedent to have. on a purely legal basis, you would probably have to be able to prove that there is some party at harm, and you're probably going to be hard-pressed to find any victim here other than maybe society (victimless crimes are usually crimes because people want to uphold morality tho, so that's not necessarily a problem)
