i don't get this at all

why did it get delivered and then not?
why did they take it to california?
what the forget are they doing to it now?

Undeliverable as Addressed

They couldn't deliver it to the address you supplied, so they held it in storage for a few days awaiting you to collect it, and when you didn't they're now returning to sender.

Look at the dates
It was "available for pickup" on the 20th
Then suddenly it Arrived at USPS facility in California the very next day.

my dad didn't know since this was right after school and he was working. I just opened the box, and bam. a black rubber carrot. I sealed it back up and put the box on my neighbor's front porch lol
