dont think of it as sleeping think of it as resting

just relax in your bed as opposed to getting to sleep

that or don't breathe until you pass out

yes I have insomnia. With a high dose of sleeping pills I can fall asleep in an average of five hours. Without them I can only sleep every other night.

same, I just take these and they knock me out relatively quickly

melatonin never worked for me. what I currently use is 150mg of trazodone + 30ml of NyQuil but like I said that takes on average 5 hours to put me to sleep. stuff like ambient, ativan, flurazapam, and xanex put me out in an hour or two but I don't have a prescription for any of those anymore.

get a fever
ive had a fever in the past 3 days and ive been going to bed at 10 pm and have been sleeping throughout the entire day because i literally cant even get up 90% of the time

you need to set your sleep schedule to something more healthy jesus christ.

Trust me, i know it's tempting to make the most out of your time, but working while tired constantly isn't going to do any good.

holy forget does like half the forum have insomnia

If you can't sleep, don't just lay in your bed; you'll condition yourself to associate your bed with not sleeping. Lay on a couch or somewhere else until you feel tired (provided this helps) and then go back to bed.
