If you actually knew how immigration worked, you'd know that applying for and getting citizenship takes multiple years, just as it does in the US. Lock the topic and come back in 5-7 years, then ask again if anyone serious about moving to Canada has done so yet.

american citizens don't require a visa to travel to canada, under most circumstances, for short periods of time
they do not have open borders
