See, but the problem with your brown townogy is that he's not just going to suddenly replace his entire cabinet with political outsiders. The people he's already appointed will, in all likelihood, serve in their positions for the duration of his term.  

It's more like commissioning a painting, and noticing that the artist has jerked off all over it and punctured a couple of holes in the canvas as well.
