When there's a gigantic influx of views sometimes it takes a while to count them all to make sure it's legitimate. It has around 410k likes, and pretty much all videos have 10x the number of views compared to likes. So the video already has over 4 million views. It is without a doubt the most trending video on youtube, even if YouTube hasn't counted the views yet.

And if you knew anything about iDubbbz, it's that the guy in the green suit is Maxmoefoe doing iDubbbz's iconic dance from his milestone subscriber video. Also iDubbbz has worn that suit many many many many times, not just his sub video.
