While the officer reads the long, boring rights, Solaf thinks and tries to make the cop disappear. It doesn't work out.
Scream "Hands up don't shoot" at the cop
Solaf: Put your hands up, and don't shoot! You are under arrest!
Officer: Yes sir!
Solaf catches the officer offguard with his "speech" and gets him to drop his weapon!
Solaf quickly shoots the officer, and runs!
He finds a mannequin store and takes cover. All heat has been removed as he is in a secure location.
