Sell0ut - Tried to DDoS my server

First, I was on my RP server with some people.
Then the server started lagging bad, so I cleared bricks and to not such a surprise, someone tried to crash the server.
Then this happened,





The lag didn't stop. When I brought up the console I saw over 20 pages of him packet spamming my server


I set a password to the server, but he must've used some sort of hack or something because he was still able to connect to my server.
After a bit he gave up.

After a while of waiting I took the password off and he started connection spamming.
I can't open my server now.

According to DAProgs, this guy is Omar Mateen/Brock Turner/Alf, who has pulled off stunts like this before:
