Yeah it works, I've successfully hosted a server with it before. It's pretty easy. You can still download the System_Staticmaps and Staticmap_Bedroom from Wrapperup's original post.

Once you have them, enable both of them, go to Environment, and enable the Bedroom staticmap.
There you have it.

Also, can someone get a countdown server working? Just have The Bedroom save loaded up, have a countdown and maybe some little things like old add-ons here and there and maybe even some events, and we'll be set to party!
EDIT: Actually, I'll just host the countdown server, and just use BL_Browser for the countdown because I don't know how to properly event a countdown clock that gets your PC's time or whatever. It'll be a simple thing with The Bedroom save and some add-ons and stuff.
