Author Topic: StaticShape Map with proper collision.  (Read 1267 times)

I've been experimenting with making staticshape objects that exhibit proper collision.
I have had success by setting the "thickness" of a plane to 0.5 inside of Blockland.

Please try to glitch through the walls of this map as much as possible, and post the results here.

So, I'd volunteer to help, I was thinking if I could model a map to see if it could work

clearly you don't understand the point of this.
i do, thats why i said "BUT" it looks ugly.

I still don't think you understand the point of this

this map is currently a test to see if there is anything glitchy that might happen
it's not supposed to be a pretty polished map, it has a specific purpose

Awesome.  Thank you.

I managed to get perfect collision on a cube using the same method I used to make this.
I had to hide the collision object and make a seperate .dts object just for vision so that the shape wouldn't disappear before it's completely out of sight.

Now try something that is not cube shaped
