The Mainstream media is unfairly maligning Felix Kjellberg as an anti-Semite, decrying a handful of jokes that he had made in his videos over the last six months.

This has been a campaign of character assassination that has cost him his sponsorship deal with Disney and YouTube Red. Felix Kjellberg runs the largest YouTube channel in history, called PewDiePie, and the loss of these sponsorships has cost him millions of dollars.

This is a completely unfair attack on Kjellberg. He is a comedian and his jokes are not an indication of bigotry, they are only meant to make you laugh. This is not an isolated occurrence, there are dozens of articles in existence attacking alternative media personalities.

More importantly, we cannot let the media wage war on comedy and go unchallenged. Satire is an important tool at our disposal for political discourse and we should not let them take it away from us.

If a comedian wants to make off-colour jokes, they should be free to do so knowing that it is only a joke.  Nothing is off-limits for comedy.

This is why Ive come to realise the MSM isn't  a reliable source

unlike those trusty fringe political news sites

You just cant imagine a news site outside of CNN, NBC or ABC being "reliable". Irony is that CNN, NBC and ABC arent reliable due to their political biases.

mm all news has political bias, including fox. however, theres a fine line on what is real news and what is oversensationalized, with examples being CNN and to a more extreme degree buzzfeed ect

every news source is politically biased, meaning that every news source is unreliable. if every news source is unreliable you really have no argument against MSM

I understand what you mean, but when it comes to politics, these msm networks are heavely biased, and any network with opossing view points outside of the 'liberal norm', are deemed unreliable and fake news by the msm ironically enough.

You're even stupider than you're made out to be

youre seriously saying that any news source you disagree with is uncredible. like cnn and buzzfeed i can understand but this is absurd

This is literally no different from places like Fox and Breitbart and cnn, they just have a right leaning bias (a very extreme one in the last 2 instances) instead of a left leaning bias.
You don't get to call an entire news site "fake news" because you don't like the stuff they put out. The name fake news is reserved for sites whose entire purpose it is to impersonate more reputable sites and make up fake clickbait articles 24/7 for money until they're caught and taken down.

Fox News seems mostly libertarian these days though.

Well people need to stop telling me my sources aren't credible even if it's youtube.

Fox News seems mostly libertarian these days though.
then they probs air toward right-wing libertarianism. i'd still take fox over sites like brietbart any day tho, and i'd consider it a credible enough source

You realize there's more than just CNN on one side and cnn on the other, right?
