Blurry Text and Automatic Moving with Aspire E 15

So, recently, I've gotten a neat and new Acer Aspire E 15 gaming computer. However, alongside this, there's been a price to seemingly pay. I have blurry text on various applications and I automatically look around when I move my mouse.

So, on many applications, I've gotten blurry text, even on Steam. I've tried an option that requires me to go into the properties of the application and go to the compatibility tab, but this makes a lot of things very small looking, as you can see here...

Alright, this is a mess, especially with the fact I didn't notice we can't edit posts, but about the blurry text...
The text is just always blurry for no reason. I'm hoping somebody knows a fix to this. I have a NVIDIA Geforce card as well if that helps.

It sounds like an issue with DPI scaling.

nope, too many people were clearing the first post/topic titles when the issue was resolved
this makes it very difficult to search for fixes to issues, as there's a fix in the topic but no issue to search for
