Forum profile image size?

What size do forums profile images have to be when uploading?
I know 70x70 works, but even with a correct size it takes a few days for it to take effect.

75x75 works for me
as for the few days to update, try refreshing

75x75 is the maximum size for avatars. if you upload an image with dimensions greater than that, the forum will resize it automatically (won't do a good job of it though)
if the change doesn't show up immediately it's because the previous avatar is still in your browser's cache. you can fix this by pressing ctrl+F5 (or shift+F5), which will force the page to reload without using the cache
