Author Topic: Server could not verify your Blockland ID-HELP!!!  (Read 3108 times)

Hello everyone. Here is my issue, hope you can help.

I recently moved to Ecuador. Since I have been here, I cannot join any online servers.
Everytime I try to, I get the error message saying the connection has been dropped by server and the Server could not verify your Blockland ID.

I have good fiber optic connection and I tried a couple of those sites that tell you if your ISP is using a Proxy and they all came back as negative.
So, where can I go from here? I appreciate any help I can get. Let me know if you need any more info from me.

Thanks!

no it is the same as far as I have seen

BUMP!!! please help me! I would like to continue playing blockland. I emailed support but received no response.

http://auth.blockland.us/ - What does it say when you connect to this?
https://www.visolator.com/BlocklandIDCheck - Does this give you a successful authentication when you insert your name?

I'm having the same exact issue. My name is verified when I login in. Here is my console: http://pastebin.com/A2RdLj13

Console logs usually do not show info on this situation, did you even look at the possible solutions above?

Of course. Almost every other thread I found where people had this problem people asked for logs.

Yesterday the authentication tool told me it was successful, but now it's unsuccessful. Maybe because I recently changed names? http://auth.blockland.us/ just give me a text page that says http://auth.blockland.us/ I can ping it fine as well.

Ping statistics for 104.24.17.81:
    Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss),

Actually, it looks like every ID / username is unsuccessful according to the tool, so I think it's not working.

There is nothing wrong with my tool. It basically gets your IP and sends it to the auth query with the name you sent. Who is your ISP?

If you are using a proxy, you can authenticate at the main menu, but not when you connect to a server. I assume this is because Blockland can't handle proxies, so when you connect to a server, the server has an IP that differs from the one you authenticated with back on the main menu.

It successfully authenticates on the main menu because the auth website (auth.blockland.us) gets the IP you connect to the website with.

Check with this website if you haven't already. If it comes up negative, then I guess it's some other problem

I am assuming it's the ISP if no other solution is found because recent topics with the same issue, people with AT&T have the same problem

No proxy has been detected. Thanks for the help guys. My ISP is NTS Connections, LLC

It's odd because every other multiplayer game works fine.

Try disabling IPv6 by going into control panel, find your network adapter in network settings, and disable the IPv6 protocol
