Lord Tony is a necessary evil to this forum. When power gets too great in one section he comes to balance it out, whether it be through means of posting or through the means of nuclear fire.

Pretty sure he has nothing to do with balance. It has more to do with a common enemy or "the enemy of my enemy is my friend". This isn't a fictional tale to require a villain.
