Doombot. It is the default "character base". Usually it only shows because someone spawned it in Mission Editor or there's no host on a non-dedicated server, which causes data to be corrupted.

If you're hosting a non-dedicated server you can type /sad [anything here] 4 times and it will make you lag out. Everyone will turn into doom bots after they die.
You can also do it with Mission Editor.
