I'm posting this here hoping someone can help.

On my home WiFi, I can only access Google-owned websites, and it's only my devices. There aren't any blocks or anything like that, and everyone I know is pretty confused by this. I'm typing this on my phone using mobile data, otherwise it would just tell me the page timed out. Ping commands always time out, and trace route commands show failure at the first hop.

This is, of course, only the case if I don't check a Google-owned website.

as opposed to posting and hoping nobody helps

THE NSA IS ON TO YOU! THEY KNOW!

OH NO
DID YOU FORGET TO USE YOUR PROXY WHEN USING THE FORUMS
CONGRATULATIONS, YOU GOT YOURSELF CAUGHT

Seriously though, this is a real issue.

i know avasts web firewall or whatever its called did the same thing to my brothers computer at one point. have you downloaded any new anti-virus software or changed any firewall settings?

also ipv4 might be turned off on your devices for some reason. google still uses ipv6 so that might be the reason you can only access them. should be an option under your network settings

Not within the last week. This only started yesterday.

Oh yeah, I have tried changing my DNS server, flushing my DNS cache, reset my IP configuration and restarted my computer since it started.

Major update:

Now I got the internet to work on my computer beyond just Google websites by hard rebooting rather than Windows's soft reboot.

However, restarting my phone didn't fix it there for Wi-Fi, but that's not as important.
