Questionably good. Pandas really aren't that important to the ecosystem. We're trying hard to save them out of moral mentality. I won't argue if that's good or bad, but I will point out a lot of the money that's gone into saving pandas could've helped to preserve many more organisms vital to their environments.
Honestly, we should just let them die off. They're a stupid loving animal, probably just as bad as the damn koala.
