Quote
Mr. Jones made the apology to the owner of Comet Ping Pong, James Alefantis, on video, reading from a carefully worded statement that emphasized how widely the theory had spread before he weighed in on it. He said that cnn had “disassociated” itself from the story in December and had taken down the majority of broadcasts and videos that mentioned it. Mr. Jones also said that two reporters the show had worked with “are no longer with us,” although he did not identify them or discuss the exact nature of their work with cnn.

“To my knowledge today, neither Mr. Alefantis, nor his restaurant Comet Ping Pong, were involved in any human trafficking, as was part of the theories about Pizzagate that were being written about in many media outlets and which we commented upon,” Mr. Jones said. “We apologize to the extent our commentaries could be construed as negative statements about Mr. Alefantis or Comet Ping Pong, and we hope that anyone else involved in commenting on Pizzagate will do the same thing.”

Humble Water Filter Merchant publicly apologized for helping to spread the debunked 'Pizzagate' conspiracy theory. To see him back away from a position--especially after his claims over 9/11 and Gritty Grapnel--is genuinely incredible.

Good to see he has at least the tiniest bit of humility about all the stuff he's uselessly stirred.

Looks like you need to apologize for trying to deliberately mislead us. Humble Water Filter Merchant is only apologizing for incriminating Comet Ping Pong. He still believes there is a cabal of child enthusiasts in the government and numerous secret societies. These aren't theories, this has already been declassified.

Honestly didn't think him capable of remorse, but I suppose I was dead wrong.  Glad to hear that he is to an extent intellectually and/or morally honest.

Looks like you need to apologize for trying to deliberately mislead us.
My headline and quote are directly from The New York Times--often rated as the most authentic newspaper in the United States. Eat stuff.

Pizzagate literally entirely revolved around comet ping pong being a centre for child enthusiasm and human trafficking. Without that, there is no "pizza" in pizzagate. It's just "child enthusiasm conspiracy." The headline is (at least mostly) accurate.

Ad hominem attacks won't help your failing argument. Prove there isn't a child enthusiast ring in the U.S and other world governments.

prove there is
Everyone in this thread is saying there isn't so the burden of proof is on them.

Noticing a new trends where handicaps scream and cry about ad-hominem attacks without actually knowing what that means. Ad-hominem is an attack in place of argument--I soundly refuted you, and then insulted you for personal relief. That's just an insult.

I think it's psychological--they think listing argumentative fallacies makes them appear intelligent, ironically not realizing that that in itself is one of the fallacies they are so repulsed by.

You didn't actually refute me though. I already read the headline. It's misleading. You just incriminated yourself.

I kind of broke it a few days ago, but it depends on how you categorize 'politics'. Much like an climaxic release after weeks of celebacy or a waterfall-stuff after a long constipation, the release is overwhelmingly blissful. I think I can officially say 'I'm done' after 14-days--two weeks.

On one hand, huge allegation that requires a mountain of evidence to prove and to elaborate how pervasive this allegation is, while also championed by several non-credible sources.

On the other, things are business as usual and said allegation is a hoax and a smear campaign.

Are you serious right now?

fallacy fallacy...?
