Author Topic: Is monday a bad word?  (Read 12699 times)

monday is bad pretty much all the time, due to it being the derogatory term, same for Broes

brother is fine but only from black - black or simmilar, except for white people
In NY everyone calls each other brother, even white, black, asian and hispanic people. it's kind of a liberal use that we use as a general 'friend' term. I don't know how it is in more southern states where racism is more historically relevant.

Like, if you addressed me or some of my friends as brother we probably wouldn't care

brother is fine but only from black - black or simmilar, except for white people
this depends on if he or she knows you or not

the thing is, i would actually understand the "monday is not a bad word" thing if it were for any cause that could be considered somewhat good, something like "we can't simply censor words just because they're politically incorrect!" but knowing OP he's only trying to promote this idea so that he can be openly tribal like all of those Cool Four Channers

Calling mondays mondays make them mad even tough they are mondays.
let's acknowledge this for a second

Kek, in my state / area, if a white person says "brother" it's counted tribal

i think its a funny word ironically but people who use it seriously bother me

i love this kind of logic that goes: "white people are different from every other race therefore we have to make special rules for them"

white people are allowed to say brother hands down if anyone says otherwise they can shut their monday mouth

honestly you just said kek so im pretty sure you dont really have your way with words regardless

I personally don't like the idea of a curse or bad word. The second you remove the taboo from something it becomes boring and its effects are lessened.

people say this so often but its literally impossible to do this. it just isnt a thing lmao. no way a word's taboo can disappear on global scale

there's no such thing as 'removing the taboo' that requires hundreds of years of social remodeling and stigma changes.

eventually nobody will use monday anymore and it won't even be insulting at that point. eventually it will be forgotten from vocabulary
