we're all going to get so loving gouged. we all know how greedy comcast and mediacom get when they think they can get away with ripping off their customers. we're screwed.

by the end of his term, The Walt Disney-Time-Warner-CBS-IHeartRadio-Viacomcast Corporation will own all information.

this is very bad for someone like me who would be a part of the "last mile" project where I will only have access to one ISP on my road (aka comcast)
they will be able to charge us ridiculous prices

also now they'll be able to sell all of my information. so not only can i not switch ISPs but I also wont be able to protect my information

that's not what the last mile means
but that is a concept I can relate to. I live where cable isn't even accessible, satellite is the only option. problem is, there's only like two satellite internet providers in the US. and they both charge far too much for far too little

i know what last mile is and its exactly what im talking about...my town is going through the process except we have a deal with comcast so they will be the only ISP on my road

last mile is the expansion of broadband access to residents are you dumb???

ISPs will be able to push traffic to big companies that they can blackmail to pay them more money and bottleneck service to those who can't won't pay
the ISPs win and EVERYONE else loses
