How do I inject a .dll into blockland (MAC USER)

I mean, I am allowed to, but it's my dad's computer, so if I installed a windows operating system, I'd get in trouble.

Try running a "virtual desktop" setting in WINE then getting something like Extreme Injector, or Winject and run both Blockland and the said injectors. I don't think I could link you to them, but you can just look for a .dll injector on UnknownCheats or MPGH.

yeah .dlls are windows only. get wine or get your parents to set up a dual boot, though most probably would not since most parents dont exactly support gaming habits/interests.

also reading enviormental zones addon page i don't think you inject them. i'm pretty sure you're supposed to put them in a folder

If you can find a way to run the normal windows version of bl on your mac, you can just follow the windows instructions from there.
