Monthly complaint about anxiety part: lost count

Recently im getting more and more anxious, especially yesterday since I went to an event with loads of people. I remember it being allot better. forget I had to go the the toilet a few times to calm down. What do?
Was thinking of xanax but you need a prescription for that so rip. Smoking is usually my last resort and I dont like doing that at all.

Take your mind off of it with something you love doing, relax yourself, listen to some calm music, anything that you like to do, such as play an instrument, video games, watch youtube videos, exercise, anything.

Trust me, it has helped me in the past.

I play games and music on a daily basis
Its part of my routine

Also its kinda hard to do these things at a convention

all you have to do is roll up to your primary care doctor and say you have anxiety and he'll write you a prescription for it. i had a doctor throw me two different benzos every month. too bad my mother would steal it all and leave me like five.

jack off try and calm down, it's not that bad being at a convention, that's pretty much the only thing you can do unless you want to buy some gum or something to chew on, that should relieve stress.

In too poor to go to a doctor and im too anxious to talk about my anxiety.

I get anxious when I need to go to the store and buy some dairy or something. Its really bad.
Unless im with a friend but then I just put on a mask so I dont look like a complete loser

smoke the ganja my friend, it will solve a lot of problems.  I don't know if you mean smoking tobacco or weed, but weed helps a lot of people.
