Image of problem removed because it spoils what the abomination playertype is and I want it to be a surprise. It's just a black face and torso, you can figure out what the image is.

No idea why this is happening, any way to fix it?

Your folder should resemble the player folder in the game's base directory, like how it has the faces and decals folder with just the default decals in them with their preview images, then you should also have the face and decal IFL files
