here's a solution to the trolling problem that is a million times quicker and easier than sitting around waiting for them to get banned

you need greasemonkey (firefox) or tampermonkey (chrome) for this to work
click the profile button on the top of your screen and there'll be a blocker settings button in the modify profile section
when you add users make sure to tick the 'button' thing off so it just leaves a blank space where their post would normally be and there isn't any temptation to unhide their posts to see what they said
