How to make bots use body armor?

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but anyway, Im working on a map, and this map requires me to use guards for a certain section. Im looking for a way to make them equip Gravity Cats body armor on spawn, and if possible equip a gun as well.

My hope is for an end product product that will look something like this:
