American Airlines flight attendant clashes with passengers

An American airlines flight attendant took away a stroller from a woman of two children who was travelling from Argentina. According to the video the attendant snatched it off her and was being a bit of a richard towards the woman. In the video the woman is seen carrying her babby while crying in front of everyone. The flight attendant was obviously not having a good day and the pilot had to calm him down. Eventually it got worse and people started getting involved including one passanger who said "Hey bud, hey bud, you do that to me and I'll knock you flat!"

like sure he handled it bad but shes not entirely at no fault

cant do nothing to customers who legitimately or pretend dont know the rules, or else everyone will start abusing the fact the rules dont apply if enough drama would be caused if they arent allowed to break the rules
