For my english final, we had to do a creative assessment demonstrating our knowledge of one of the books we read this semester. I chose to do a guitar instrumental so I didn't have to do a gay little picture or a dance or some stuff. I also wanted a challenge, as I've never written an instrumental before. So this song titled "The Sun II" is a song based on Albert Camus'
The Stranger. I used musical techniques to evoke mental images and emotions to convey the themes and plot. It took me about three hours to record. Tell me what you guys think, I'm curious to hear feedback befoee I present tomorrow.
