2 days ago - 100 - 250 KB/s (occasional dips to below 100, i know when i was getting driver software off our living room computer it was going 30 - 50 KB/s)
i spent essentially my life with this provider and these speeds

now (switched providers) - getting about 500 - 650 KB/s, would probably get more if the router wasn't on the other side of our home

Since I'm rocking that uni internet I get 1mbyte/s down/up and I have to use a VPN to bypass the network ban on P2P traffic :)
