ey im gonna go paintballing with some friends but my beautiful European hands have never held anything that shoots before
gimme some hot paintball tips for in the field so i can kill them

either airsoft or paintball tips/stories hit me up

Paintballs fire p slow so its easy tk see where you are shooting so you can adjust your aim
Never rush, just wait them out
Sometimes just walk slowly and they wi think you got hit or something anf suprise them idk. Worked for me
Aiming down sights is ass with the cheap stuff guns they provide so dont even bother unless you have a good position. Just spray and pray
Aim center mass
Dont be afraid to get dirty

paintball isnt too complicated, just spray a lot and do this

same tactics as laser tag really

for airsoft i suggest figuring out the rules and wearing something to protect u from those bullets because those forgeters sting really bad, wear a hoodie or something
make sure you like airsoft before doing anything i say tho
get eye + face protection or ur gonna blow out a loving eye
if you wear glasses and need them to see far away, get contacts and wear safety gear over your face
there are exceptions where a bullet can ricochet into the inside of the mask or something of the like but it's uncommon
usually most places have rentals, you can use those to test airsoft before going out and buying a gun
note that guns dont work like in first person shooters, bullets come out from underneath your sights not from eye level (obviously) so dont expect aim to be accurate, you have to compensate for wind and drop especially if you want to snipe
other stuff you can look up on youtube if you're interested i guess

inflict as much paint as possible

don't get too close stuff hurts like hell

depending on what type of paintball gun they'll give you it can be the difference in how well it shoots. tippmann is some good stuff

If you manage to get the drop on somebody from behind and you have them at point blank make sure to yell "surrender or die" and if they put their gun on the ground don't shoot them. However if they try to turn around light that motherforgeter up like the 4th of July baby.

Also make sure that you are generally aiming slightly ahead of somebody if you are at a medium to long distance.

Stay behind cover and avoid running in the open as much as possible.

Don't get in a corner area. If you get trapped in a corner you're gonna get surrounded and tagged.

Make sure to use anti-fogging spray on your goggles before you start the game and reapply it every other round or so. If you don't you're gonna end up fogging up your goggles and not be able to see stuff.

Wear a mask that helps to cover your mouth. Too many people wear masks that just have a bit of a plastic net over the front and no mesh. When they get shot in the mask, the paintball breaks and they get paint in their mouth. Tastes awful.

either bring lots of money or be super conservative about shooting since paintballs are usually super expensive at the place. also don't ever take off the mask even when the game is over, getting shot in the face isn't fun

Teamwork.
If you have an automatic weapon and plenty of ammo to spare, provide cover fire while your team moves ahead. This is done by pretty much spraying in the enemy's general direction. They'll typically be in a state of being spooked and will remain hiding.
If you don't have an automatic weapon, only move when your team is shooting. Only peek when the enemy team isn't shooting.

Also, certain masks can be a bit uncomfortable to breathe in. If you do have one like this, angle your breathing downwards.
Last but not least, clothing choices.
You can either...
A. Be a bitch. Wear a sweater.  Be sluggish, tired, and sweaty.
B. Don't be a bitch. Go in a t-shirt, be a speedy ninja, and realize they don't actually hurt that much.

you forgot c) be a bitch but by wearing nothing

remember to wipe it off if u get shot

dont overdo the layers but don't underdo them either, hoodies etc are good things to wear when going paintballing. keep your mouth closed if you tend to breathe through your mouth when you're in a fight, a lot of the times you'll get shot in the face and the paint will go through the grills in the mask and into your mouth and it doesn't taste too great. wear your most comfortable shoes and just have fun
