Can someone tell me why my SunFlare doesn't work?

Here's the sunflare itself. It doesn't show up when I look in the enviroment settings.

I think it's because it isn't transparent but I saw another sunflare that had a black backround and it worked (I think)

It's resolution has to be 256x256 or 512x512

Edit: I resized it and it still doesn't work. What am I doing wrong ???
