Author Topic: [NEWS] Martial law declared in the Philippines as CIA sleeper cell seizes city (Read 5593 times)

Funny how headlines say martial law was declared in the Philippines except that it's only the area surrounding the city under siege. Makes you think that the entire Philippines is under it when it's not. Although it hasn't happened yet I saw another report say that Duterte might have to put the whole country under martial law if they reach Luzon (Give me a bit I'll find a source on this).

wouldn't the CIA members living inside the city have easier access to said guns?
