the video is blurry but it looks like exactly what the reporter changed her story to, with him not grabbing the neck in a strangle hold but closer to the shoulders and actually probably his shirt

and even if he is grabbing him by the neck if you look at the wind-up required to build up the momentum to throw him to the ground, this took place in an office so he wouldn't have that space
