It sucks they're being threatened, but there is literally nothing the university should be doing in this case. They have no recourse to prove the threats came from anyone within the university, and they're not a court of law. Feminist United should have just called the police instead.
But honestly, this isn't news. Frivolous lawsuits get filed every day. It'll get thrown out real quick by any competent judge.
