Can I form a religion specifically to refuse service to [insert ideology I dislike here]?

he is but not really
speaking of islam and child rights, according to the qu'ran mohammad consummated his marriage with a 9-or-10 year old

keep in mind this is publicly funded. this means the local government could be paying these child adoption centers to shoehorn their religious beliefs into the adoption process.

if they were privately funded then this would be okay, but because its public there's clearly an issue

yeah, alabama recently passed a similar bill, but they were smart enough to make it only apply specifically to private faith-based adoption agencies

there's probably a very good case against texas's version of this though, if public money is touching this stuff then they're gonna be in quick trouble
