I don't even know what you're loving talking about. It's pretty obviously meant so religious places can refuse adoption on religious grounds, problem is it's public

I'm saying why is this provision even necessary for private businesses. Why do religious people feel the absolute need to legislate "religious refusal" in terms of an adoption. When has that ever been a problem, literally.
