well stands can be intangible and tangible at will so you could shoot your own stand. the damage depends on your stand's durability. we have seen star platinum (with a durability of A) punch knives and catch a bullet in the air and most automatic stands barely affect their user

edit: with love Pistols and Manhattan Transfer you can shoot your stand and have it deflect the bullet back to you
