Credits to RomanTheRuski for building most of the fountain, I did the events and cleaned it up a bit.
This was built in my freebuild server. Join it if you wanna see it for yourself, but it wont be much different than the gif.

Considering the water emitter basically goes straight down and is opaque, it'd probably look worse and less dynamic

you can also use this to pull off leaves falling out of trees. just increase the delay times on the bricks fake killing and respawning
