I got the game in like 2014 and joined the forums soon after to ask about an issue with public bricks I was having.

Wait.

Late 2014... That's almost three years. Whaaaaaaa

And I still feel like a newbie, because this is a game that came out in 2004/2007 (depending on whether you're counting pre-retail.)

I began playing Blockland in late 2011 but I originally signed up for the forums in late 2013.

Either way, Good for you. I would never be able to be dedicated to a community for that long.
