        A man named Paul finds a seemingly unfinished game called "Petscop" for the Sony Playstation made by a company known as "Garalina". Paul uses a cheat code created by the developer to unlock a part of the game that also seems to be an endless grassy plain, until Paul finds a staircase in the middle of nowhere. As time moves forward this innocent game seems to take more and more dark turns.

No, its almost certainly not real.
Petscop doesn't even have the same rendering defects that a normal playstation does.
Like the textures don't have perspective issues like normal PS1 Games have.
