Author Topic: Safe to buy.  (Read 1402 times)

I don't have a credit card so I decided to ask someone else for me, but they said they didn't want to enter their credit card number over a connection is the US (I'm in NZ)

I want to know if its safe anyway. I have posted a question on Yahoo Answers and asked the support staff and they both say yes, but I want to see if anyone has had problems. :iceCream:

its 100% safe, do not worry

If you're using Paypal you should be fine, no matter what if your buying form the US or NZ it's at the same risk, I bought Blockland with my CC and I didn't have any problems so you shouldn't ether. Also, Kiwi.

Wouldn't the rules be like Ebays? "If you get ripped of with your side of the deal" you can sue them.(Ebay)

True, but the hassle - wouldn't it be hard and cost so much, and what if we lost the case?
Thanks all, I have talked to my friend and he says he will buy it now, but I own him $5 fee for using he card lol  :cookie:

Nothing is 100% safe, not even PayPal. But Badspot isn't going to rip you off, and I'm pretty sure nobody is trying to hack into his site.

Hacking into my site wouldn't get you anything, I never even see the credit card info.

Paypal is one of if not the largest e-commerce provider in the world.  They handle more than 155 million accounts and operate locally in 13 different countries.  They have a pretty robust consumer protection policy in addition to the one the credit card company provides.  It's about as safe as a transaction on the internet can get.

i have now bought it, only $25.06 NZD

I got another friend to buy it so I don't pay usage fees lol.
