Author Topic: THOT PATROL (TITO/Toxicology) - Dishonorable cowards  (Read 13485 times)

Everyone's saying "do you expect people to follow those terms" but Toxicology clearly accepted the agreement. As in, yeah, I'll follow these terms and you too - we're even. I accept the risks for the rewards because I have dignity. And I would say no otherwise if the risks were too stupid or unfair or... um... risky. This is just about what you say when you make an agreement, and it'll be this way, right? Right?

It's not a contract, but if you say "yes" and you suddenly mean "no" when it turns bad for you you're an starfish. Say "no" if you don't think being unable to make clans for 10 years sounds good (I don't either). It is serious business since "d" never said he was joking, and Toxicology didn't object to it, having ample time to, and rolled with it as well.

TL;DR: Agreements are not contracts. That is not an excuse to agree to unwritten terms and then dismiss them when it's bad on your side.

are you seriously calling a sniper duel a loving agreement

are you seriously calling a sniper duel a loving agreement
marios has autism so its OK

It's a sniper duel with terms each side has to agree upon; by dictionary definition that has to be an agreement. And besides, it does have somewhat big stakes (close your clan and no more clans for 10 years)

except you've made more than 1 paragraph basically talking about nothing but a loving difference between an agreement and a contract and this incident without saying anything of value

like what the forget is your point here exactly? where are you going with this?

also sorry for doublepost but i'm pretty sure d is joking with a drama like this

Yea there is a reason nobody takes marios seriously

WOAH big brains over here

smart thinking: he's not a coward, he still did the actual fight.

nobody gives a steaming pile of stuff about the clan being disbanded or not, but here's the real point of this:

toxi sucks ass at sniping lmao

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOO

except you've made more than 1 paragraph basically talking about nothing but a loving difference between an agreement and a contract and this incident without saying anything of value

Maybe if you read the second paragraph, you'd know. I even left a TL;DR, and you couldn't even read that because you're that bad at reading.

-skip first paragraph-

And if you even read any other posts in the drama (clearly you did not) many people were basically saying "Did you think he'd actually agree?" or "It's not a contract so he isn't really bound to any terms!"
