If you don't like prop bricks then leave the thread, stop stuffting it up
If you don't like them that doesn't give you the right to go "forget you" right in my face by saying my mod, that I've been spending 2 months on both learning and modeling is loving worthless. forget off.
don't take it so personally. i said your models look really great but they just look out of place for being bricks. and i say the same thing for pretty much every single prop pack ever made, not just yours. plus, let me just address the elephant in the room and say that daniel s's brick pack is ugly and a part of me completely dies whenever i see someone use his bricks for anything.

this is a list of every single 3d model ive ever made in the past two years. so dont think that i dont understand what struggle you've been going through the past two months making this brick pack. my hat pack, which i started on two years ago when i was learning to model, I didn't finish and release until november. several of those hats i scrapped and some i remodeled because i didnt think they were good enough. most people didnt care though, everyone craved my hats before i released them. guess how many people actually use my hats? literally nobody. same goes for the Mad Missile Launcher which i poured out my soul to create. nobody uses it. i haven't seen a single server use the mad missile.
anyways, im not gonna tell you to stop making models. a lot of people are giving you positive feedback from it. i'm just trying to speak on behalf of the people who have poured their heart out in this game with their spectacular building skills. (keep in mind none of them just magically became good builders)
Actually I think there could be a compromise there, you could maybe make individual modular things to use in bigger (or smaller) props, for example you could make a vent that would look much better than just a round:

It could be used in multiple scenarios and people could shape the whole AC as they see fit. Maybe even make some grilles for the sides to replace that black part. It will actually allow a lot more customization since you would not be limited by the precise sizes of the actual AC brick.
prop bricks with multiple uses are fantastic. a great example would be rallyblocks and WhoooMans stuff. i have downloaded almost every brickpack they've made recently because the bricks open up your mind to get even more creative. a prop brick that serves no purpose than to be planted once by itself so you can brush the dust off your shoulders shouldn't exist.
I actually like the idea of packaging what would require several bricks into a single brick. It makes it easier to use when creating game-modes, especially in stuff like CRPG where some bricks are restricted/cost money/have certain functions, like drugs for example.
Most people who play this game will never build up any building skills because it is too hard. I'd rather see a build with a prop detail I saw somewhere else than it just simply have no detail lol. The majority of the servers that actually see the light of day these days are ones that are made quickly and lazily.
way to set a standard for blockland. a building game where nobody knows how to build anything.
