Author Topic: A Bungie developer did a caricature of me. It's gorgeous.  (Read 1976 times)

You all remember the source photo.

I recently donated to The Gauntlet, a charity drive to support homeless kids and find them shelter and support. Various groups came together as "teams", and each team gave rewards for donating a set amount (as well as rewards for everybody if a target was met).

I donated to the Bungie team, and received several rewards (ingame emblems and a ~3 hour play session with a Bungie developer). One of the rewards was a caricature of a photo you submitted to them, drawn by a programmer at Bungie. The Bungie programmers are legendary for the amazing crappiness of their art, and so it's considered high honor to have a signature edition collectible straight from their hands.

I was very lucky to have art directly from the Test Lead of Destiny 2. This is his interpretation of my newspaper shot.

Simply. Flawless.

Anybody feel they can do better? Or will we turn this into a McJob Meme thread?

we need to put this art in every house and building in the world for future generations to see

holy stuff that pc has legs

Might actually get it framed.

What a McMasterpiece

Just a reminder that Hunter is the best class, Bungie confirmed.
