v20 master server?

Hey, I recently downloaded an old copy of v20 (and used my CD key for it, don't worry) and I noticed that the custom master server addon for it no longer works because the site is no longer up. Are there any other v20 master servers, and if not, how hard would it be to set one up?

There's a prototype implementation of a custom master server here, but it doesn't handle checking authentication, adding host names or rate limiting:
