pretty gross to include 'white' in the name of the story dude. you are clearly trying to stir up anger towards a racial group. imagine if a story read 'black thugs murder white family'. that title is obviously trying to provoke tribal anger--and so is this.

an appropriate title would be something that focuses on the victims rather than the perpetrator unless their race/gender/religion is actually relevant. if they're going with the 'this was due to racism' they should say something like "UK Muslim Family Victim of Acid Attack". I wouldn't call it a hate crime until it's actually charged as a hate crime for the same reason it isn't called a terrorist attack unless it's charged as a terror attack
