it sounds like it's crashing while loading/operating windows 10

to use the boot disk you should instead tell BIOS to not load windows 10, normally you can press f2 or some other key rapidly while your computer is starting
from there it should display a menu with different options, somewhere in the menus should be booting from a disk

del, f2, or escape. it should tell you "press [button] to enter bios" or something

Um so I reinstalled the OS. It's all good, but I still can't access my account, still puts me in a temporary one, and my internet is still gone, but my Wifi USB adapter is coming tomorrow! So the only issue is that account thing. Thank you so much everybody, Im genuinely so happy. I can't wait to start gaming and play some blockland with SHADERS FOR ONCE LIKE GODAMN APPLE'S HARDWARE IS stuff. but seriously guys, thanks you so much, even through my rage stuffposting.

while installing, you should be able to set up an administrator account
then use that when you log in
